Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Managing site transactions
  • Investigating battery-related issues
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with local and global teams using proprietary tools.

Operational Management

  • Resolve red flag issues and report to management when unable to resolve 
  • Compile necessary weekly / daily / monthly reports to communicate initiatives and performance
  • Perform hybrid agent duties, including: 
  • Handling customer transactions on-site 
  • Traveling between Rabie and Modderfontein as needed 
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to: 
  • Power usage and battery performance 
  • Usage disputes and anomalies 
  • Trends in energy consumption using basic data analysis 
  • Support KYC (Know Your Customer) processes in collaboration with our third party provider 
  • Use the bPOWERd app and manufacturer’s proprietary system to manage and track issues
  • Collaborate with the London team and bPOWERd Operations Manager to ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by the line manager

Stakeholder Management

• Build sound relationships with all stakeholders

• Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements

• Conduct review meetings with clients, customers and staff

Management of Assets and Expenses

• Ensure all company assets are maintained according to company policy

• Ensure scorecard compliance

• Check and monitor assets and ensure updated asset register (monthly)

Job Requirements

4 - 5 years’ sales experience; with at least 2 years at a Managerial/Supervisory level Experience in electrical systems, solar battery technology, or customer support (especially in energy/utilities)
