About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic People Specialist: Content Curation - (Gnowbe platform) to design, develop, curate, and update learning curricula, delivering impactful and world-class learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Curricula Identification & Planning: Design innovative learning materials, manage research with SMEs, upskill facilitators, and roll out new training programs.
• Learning Journey Design, Development & Facilitation: Create highly relevant, agile, and engaging learning experiences that foster engagement and self-discovery. Curate content, design feedback surveys, and facilitate bespoke programs.
• Learning Curriculum Maintenance: Ensure timely program updates per L&D framework, maintain existing content with version control, and stay updated on design trends.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Qualifications: Diploma/NQF level 5
• Experience: 2-3 years in L&D with proven curriculum design and facilitation.
• Skills:
• Experience working on Gnowbe  is essential for this role.
• Digital learning best practices, multi-tasking, planning, attention to detail, creativity, resilience, communication, learning science, instructional design, analysis, problem-solving, quality, and detail excellence.
