Job Description

Senwes is looking for a FICA Clerk: Compliance to administer electronic and manual management systems and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and other applicable legislation relating to stakeholder information. This role is responsible for the collection, verification, administration, and maintenance of client due diligence documentation, while supporting stakeholder onboarding processes and ongoing compliance requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and maintain client FICA documentation to ensure compliance with client due diligence requirements and support ongoing compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and manual FICA records, prepare compliance reports, and ensure documentation is securely stored and readily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support for FICA compliance processes, communicate outstanding requirements, and assist stakeholders with regulatory compliance matters.
  • Support stakeholder onboarding by reviewing documentation, assisting with profile creation, verifying compliance requirements, and collecting required information.
Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience:  National Senior Certificate. A qualification in Administration or a relevant B-degree will receive preference. 1–2 years' experience in administration and document management. Thorough understanding of FICA compliance requirements. Experience working with electronic document management systems will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
