Job Description

Research, design, develop, test and/or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems within the commercial, grain and lime mine environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Design, plan, manage & coordinate all electrical projects - Maintain electrical operational efficiency of silos, commercial buildings and infrastructure - Develop probable electrical cost estimates for projects - Conduct electrical audits - Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, Quantity Surveyor, MIE, etc.

Job Requirements

Experience: Should preferably have commercial or mining experience. SCADA and PLC experience would be advantageous, as well as plant maintenance. Qualification: B.Eng degree (Electrical) Member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE)
