The role partners closely with Group Data & Analytics, which owns enterprise data strategy, data governance, and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Digital Strategy & Enterprise Transformation
- Define and drive an enterprise-wide digital strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience improvement, and innovation adoption
- Translate organizational strategy into a funded, sequenced digital roadmap, ensuring technology investments are value-driven, benefits-tracked, and aligned to the strategic and financial priorities of RMA
- Prioritize and govern a portfolio of high-impact digital initiatives, delivering cost optimization, productivity gains, service quality improvements, and accelerated time-to-market
- Lead adoption of modern digital operating models and product-centric ways of working, fostering cross-functional collaboration, faster solution delivery, and enterprise-wide adoption.
Enterprise Digital Platforms & Solutions
- Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise digital platforms for Group RMA Business, driving measurable improvements in business capabilities, user experience, and operational performance
- Embed architecture integrity and risk mitigation into all solutions, enhancing system resilience and supporting RMA growth
- Partner with Technology Delivery and business units within the Group RMA organisation to guarantee on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution of digital initiatives aligned to enterprise performance standards.
Enterprise Data & Analytics Enablement
- Oversee availability, performance, and evolution of enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, and analytics platforms, to enable timely, trusted, and actionable insights
- Align data platform roadmaps with current and future business and analytics needs to maximize ROI from data investments
- Drive enterprise-scale analytics, AI, and insight-driven initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Collaboration with Group Data & Analytics
- Align digital strategy with enterprise data & analytics strategy through executive-level partnership, ensuring coherent platforms, priorities, and investments
- Enable fit-for-purpose, scalable platforms to deliver analytics, business intelligence, and AI solutions that drive enterprise outcomes
- Enforce strict adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards, reducing data risk, improving regulatory compliance, and strengthening trust across the organization
- Risk, Compliance & Security Leadership Ensure all digital initiatives comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, reducing organizational exposure to cyber and operational risk
- Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design, improving system resilience, audit outcomes, and regulatory alignment from strategy to delivery.
Change Management, Adoption & Capability Building
- Drive enterprise adoption and effective utilization of digital platforms and solutions, resulting in improved productivity, service quality, and measurable business outcomes
- Build and institutionalize digital capability and transformation culture, enabling teams to extract tangible value from technology investments and new ways of working
- Champion continuous innovation and learning to ensure the RMA organization remains agile, digitally mature, and strategically aligned.

Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Essential)
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, MPhil, or relevant Master’s) preferred, particularly in digital transformation, technology management, or business strategy
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in digital, technology, or transformation leadership in large, complex organisations
- 12 - 15 years’ senior IT leadership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a proven track record of defining and executing enterprise digital strategies that deliver measurable business value
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale digital adoption and transformation
