To work as part of the SHEQ team, providing administrative support across a range of SHEQ day to day duties. The role will also include taking overall responsibility for administrative support in relation to maintaining data quality, recording updates and filing all data
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining Health and Safety records
Organize Health and Safety trainings and meetings
Administration (Electronic and Manual filling)
Report and investigate safety hazards
Ensure completion of Health and Safety actions
Health and Safety Induction
Consolidate KPI spot-check checklists and report gaps to the SHEQ Officer.
Ad hoc tasks as required
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Distribution Centre environment as Health and Safety Admin
Incident investigation and fire fighting experience
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and G-suite
Fully bilingual (English and Zulu)
Willing to work P40 (includes weekends)
Competencies required: Planning, Organising and Control; Communication: Build and maintain relationships; Detail orientation; Stress tolerance and Confidence and Service orientation
