As an Inbound Sales Agent, you’ll be speaking to customers who are ready to make a purchase and need expert guidance to help them choose the right product. You’ll use your great communication skills and natural ability to build rapport to guide customers through the buying journey — helping them feel confident and well looked after.

This is a role where personality and performance go hand in hand. You’ll need to be target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results. Every call is an opportunity to deliver an amazing customer experience and smash your sales targets. Job Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking inbound calls from customers and helping them make the right product choice
• Using a consultative approach to understand the customer's needs and recommend solutions
• Building rapport quickly and creating a standout experience on every call
• Confidently talking about add-ons and extras where relevant
• Owning your performance and always aiming to improve

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year or more of UK or USA sales experience (inbound or outbound)
• Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent
• Flexible and able to work UK hours
• Someone who’s naturally chatty, persuasive, and full of positive energy
• A team player who’s hungry for success and open to coaching
• Great communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people
• Tech Savvy, multitasking using systems whilst delivering a great service on the call
• Comfortable using systems while speaking with customers
• Reliable transport to and from our Ballito site is essential.
