The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Credit Controller to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing credit risk, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial health of the business while delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements where required.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare collection reports and provide regular feedback on account status.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Assist in reducing bad debt exposure and improving debtor days.

Job Requirements
