This is a high-impact position where you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective HR solutions, ensure compliance with best practices, and drive meaningful initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and overall business success.

 

What you’ll be doing:

•Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.

•Provide end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) support.

•Drive learning and development initiatives.

•Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and HR systems, ensuring effective implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

•Maintain HR operations and governance, including personnel records, policy communication, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and support on HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

What are we looking for:

•5 years experience in a HR Generalist capacity with exposure to EE, skills development, recruitment and IR processes, preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.

•Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.

•Ability to collaborate with both technical and operational stakeholders working across multiple brands.

We are based at the beautiful Vineyards Office Estate in Durbanville!

Working Hours: 08h00 - 16h30 (Monday to Thursday) and 08h00 - 13h00 on Fridays!
