Responsibilities:
• Provide primary healthcare services including treatment of minor illnesses, vaccinations, and emergency care.
• Dispense medication responsibly and manage clinic stock in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct audiometry and spirometry testing as part of the medical surveillance programme and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Drive employee wellness programmes (4+ per year) and coordinate screenings, awareness days, and health campaigns.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, HIV/AIDS support, and risk-based clinics for early intervention.
• Handle COID claims, injury reporting, and rehabilitation support; facilitate return-to-work and incapacity management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records and manage electronic data systems.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, legal, and GMP requirements; prepare for internal and BRC audits.
• Conduct quarterly risk assessments in the workplace and clinic, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Identify and refer employees with social or psychological issues; manage the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
• Deliver monthly reports on health trends, absenteeism, and wellness outcomes, with actionable recommendations.
