Job Description

Basic installations Support

• Assist senior technicians with installing WI-FI equipment such as routers, access points, antennas and cables.
• Help with mounting devices on walls, poles, or ceilings.
• Run and organize network cables.

Network Maintenance

• Help replace faulty cables, connector, or devices.
• Restart or reset routers and access points when required.
• Perform basic checks on WI-FI equipment and network connections.

Troubleshooting Support

• Assist in identifying internet connectivity problems
• Check signal strength and basic network status
• Report technical issues to senior technicians.

Site Visits

• Travel to customer locations with the technician team.
• Help with installations, repairs and maintenance at sites.
• Ensure work areas are clean after installations.

Safety

• Follow safety procedures when working on ladders, rooftops, or poles.
• Wear safety equipment when required.

Job Requirements

• Basic networking knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work at heights
• Physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
