Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets within a designated geographical area. The RSM plays a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring the optimal product mix is promoted to maximize profitability. This position involves managing and mentoring a team of area sales managers and regional administrators, fostering strong channel partner relationships including ISP’s, Vuma direct resellers and the Telesales contact centre, and leveraging market insights to enhance the company’s competitive edge.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or suitable equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional or similar capacity.
