Job Description

PURPOSE

This position supports the HR Department at Fraser LATAM and is responsible for coordinating HR processes in Brazil while contributing to the development of workforce competencies. The role also supports the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the region.

The ideal candidate preferably holds a degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in Human Resources, has at least five years of relevant experience, and demonstrates fluency in English, which is essential for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the continuous development and improvement of HR programs, including recruitment & selection, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

  • Contribute to the promotion of a culture of excellence where employees feel engaged and motivated to deliver strong business results.

  • Develop people strategies and design approaches to diagnose and improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

  • Support the development of value-added initiatives in training, development, career mobility, and performance management.

  • Partner with senior leadership to support the implementation of HR policies and practices aligned with business growth strategies.

  • Support interactions with external labor legal advisors when required, under senior leadership supervision.

  • Support and maintain benchmarking initiatives across operational levels, considering geographic and project indicators.

  • Ensure that personnel records and documentation are properly maintained and accessible to authorized stakeholders.

  • Support the design and coordination of training programs, including curriculum development and delivery methods.

  • Coordinate the implementation of competency development programs.

  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness.

  • Monitor end-user feedback, process changes, and system updates to support continuous improvement of training and documentation.

  • Promote training opportunities and learning resources across the organization.

  • Coordinate training, documentation, and talent management system initiatives with other internal training resources.

  • Collaborate with trainers and system owners to ensure business process training is delivered consistently across the organization.

  • Evaluate new training technologies and tools.

  • Support the definition, implementation, and maintenance of business processes and procedures aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyze business processes with subject matter experts, identify technology support needs, and document new or updated processes.

  • Promote the use of technology and digital tools to increase efficiency and improve departmental processes.

  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Apply best practices in business process analysis, re-engineering, performance measurement, and change management.

  • Develop, organize, and maintain process and technical documentation.

  • Maintain and update online content, including coordinating system interfaces and documenting processes and policies.

Job Requirements

This position is based in Fraser Alexander LATAM (BR office in Belo Horizonte). However at times travel may be required to regions where Fraser Alexander operates.  

Advanced English.

3+ years of experience.
