An exciting fast-growing retail company is offering Internship opportunities to young, unemployed and ambitious TVET students looking for workplace experience. This opportunity is only open to individuals who have completed their TVET College N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management looking to complete their 18-month workplace experience program to apply for their National Diploma.
Job Description

This program aims at exposing unemployed young N6 graduates to workplace practices for a duration of 18 months in order to maximize their chances of being employed and to obtain their National Diploma. During your internship with us you will get to work with a young, driven, supportive team in a fun, friendly and professional environment.

You can expect excellent mentorship, great leadership and overall exposure in the department. You will be working on a variety of projects within the department that gives a kickstart to your career.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have completed your qualification at a registered FET College
  • Must be in possession of an N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Provide proof of N4, N5 and N6 Certificate (certified)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated
  • Willingness to work extra hours when required
  • Immediately available
  • The N6 graduate will be paid a stipend of R3 000.00 per month.
  • Please attach CV, certified N4, N5 and N6 Certificate and ID (within 3 months)
