Job Description

• Support the maintenance and optimisation of existing digital systems and AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance;
• Contribute ideas and insights to innovation, AI and digital transformation initiatives;
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals;
• Contribute to maintaining accurate process documentation and knowledge repositories;
• Support digital solution and AI projects by assisting with project planning and coordination activities;
• Participate in testing of system releases, upgrades, and implementations;
• Assist in the preparation and execution of system test cases;
• Support project teams to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines;
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes;
• Support initiatives aimed at embedding artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities within digital solutions to enhance decision-making and business performance;
• Assist in exploring and applying emerging digital technologies and AI-driven tools to support continuous innovation and process optimisation;
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for small-scale initiatives under guidance;
• Keep stakeholders up to date with progress on items assigned to you;
• Provide basic user support during the rollout of digital and AI solutions;
• Gain exposure to relevant software and tools available to gain competence; 
• Develop foundational exposure to automation tools, data analytics platforms, and AI-driven technologies relevant to the organisation’s digital transformation agenda.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Essential).
