RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Design and develop both manual and automated test cases in adherence to established standards.
•Offer insights and feedback to refine and enhance quality assurance standards.
•Conduct thorough problem-solving and root cause analysis to address defects effectively.
•Track defects from discovery through resolution, ensuring timely closure.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA organization.
•Stay updated on emerging testing tools and technologies, researching and evaluating their applicability.
•Incorporate quality testing principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
•Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks to support comprehensive test coverage.
•Showcase work by presenting demos to stakeholders and team members.
•Ability to work independently with no supervision

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•5-8 years’ experience in a testing or similar role
•ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Qualification
•Experience in project management & QA methodology
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
•Manual testing
•Understanding of the SDLC and how QA fits into the process
•Experience in using industry standard test management tools (e.g. JIRA / Zephyr, Confluence, DevOps)
•API or Mobile device testing experience
•Knowledge of IT and basic SQL skills
•Has knowledge of QA and bug testing tools and testing methodologies
•Working knowledge of test management software
•Basic test case scripting
•Understands test automation frameworks and tests
•Basic knowledge of SQL query and data analysis level
