Job Description
  • To support full order deliveries on time by maintaining minimum stock levels, conducting 3-way checks, tracking internal and external availability of stocks, tracking real time stock movement on SAP, and minimizing loading errors, daily
  • To support the safety and security of the magazine by preventing unauthorized access and always securing the safety of materials and products
  • To facilitate accurate and timeous administration of product by managing correctness of magazine registers, using the correct colour pens to track bookings, monitoring and not exceeding magazine licenses and correctly processing delivery notes always
  • To support SOX and governance standards by submitting SOX and Compliance Inspection reports according to minimum standards and required timeframes
  • To minimize fire risk by maintaining a clear and secure explosives storage environment, implementing a regular vegetation maintenance schedule keeping grass, shrubs and trees at a safe distance and using approved herbicides and removal methods as required
  • To support safety and fit-for-work status by managing that overtime hours are not exceeded, work attendance is consistent and always prioritizing personal health and safety
  • To comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as required
  • To implement SHE practices by understanding required actions, implementing and reviewing within deadline or as per process
  • To maintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, providing input and feedback actions, receiving feedback and contributions and collaborating as required
  • To contribute to the team by participating in events, identifying areas of support required within the team and providing the required support, engaging with the team and being an active member of the team daily


Job Requirements
  • Magazine Master Ticket or Certificate
  • MS Office software, SAP
  • Shift / Overtime: As required
  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Driver’s license
  • Required technical or professional experience: 2 years in magazine management
  • Preferred technical or professional experience: 2 years in an explosive's environment
