The successful candidate will need to manage and ensure accurate and timeous record keeping and reporting on time and attendance system (ERS Biometrics). Ensure the payroll is updated with leave records for Employees.
Job Description

Main Job Functions:

1.Manage ERS Biometrics system to ensure that it is updated daily with no discrepancies

  • Monitor leave attendance records
  • Follow up on anyone who does not clock, unless otherwise authorised.
  • Note late coming and send out warnings as per policy.
  • Ensure weekly late coming report is sent out as per individual by no later than each Friday COB

2.Process resignations / terminations

  • Assist with completion of UI19 / certificate of service
  • Print and send IRP5 when required.

3.Manage the leave administration on SAGE

  • Manage the leave capture process and ensure the leave records for employees on payroll
  • Monitor and assist warnings on sales force.
  • Handle leave related queries.
  • Send out SMS factory to control absenteeism, warnings and AWOL on SMS Factory.

4.Carry out SAGE HR admin and updates

  • Provide confirmation of employment.
  • Warnings to be scanned on the sales force system.

  • Clocking system (ERS Biometrics) knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of BCEA
  • 1 year in administration function

Key relationships (internal & external)

  • Internal – HR, all staff
  • External – ERS Service provider, UIF

Minimum Education

  • Matric

Technical (systems) knowledge required

  • Microsoft (all suites) – Basic
  • Relevant payroll system for leave capturing (Sage 300)
  • SMS Factory
  • Salesforce System (Awol Warning)
  • ERS System
