About the Role

Join our Regulatory team and play a key role in ensuring Aspen’s pharmaceutical products meet global regulatory standards. You will be supporting in the maintenance of product registrations, support health authority submissions and ensure that life saving medication is accessible across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure medicinal product registrations, renewals, and lifecycle updates by preparing and managing documentation.
  • Support affiliates and respond to health authority queries.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder( for e.g. Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) on regulatory matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory databases for product lifecycle management.
  • Assist in defining global regulatory strategies for product changes.
  • Identify process improvements and potential risks proactively.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and risk identification.
