Reporting to: Sales Manager CNS
Job Purpose: To call on Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Neurologists, General Practitioners and Pharmacies in the private and state sectors.
Key Job Outputs:
To establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers & decision makers.
To consistently achieve sales, Market Share and growth objectives for area
Successfully implement the marketing strategies within the territory for the key brands.
Meet all sales, customer coverage, frequency and activity objectives.
To respond adequately & professionally to customer complaints & queries
Diligent reporting as required
Regular data analysis to identify trends, changes in the territory and implementation of plans proactively where necessary.
To efficiently manage expenses
Successfully launch new brands in the territory and achieve territory sales objectives.

Matric
Appropriate tertiary qualification, within the sciences would be preferred.
Established relationships with the target audience are a strong advantage, and a background in CNS is preferrable but not a requirement
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Medical Sales Rep and experience with specialists
Knowledge of and experience within the territory is a prerequisite
Proven track record in sales will be key
Proven track record in meeting input target
Proficiency in Excel, Word & Power Point and data analysis.
A valid driver’s license
Good understanding, knowledge and insight within the identified therapeutic areas.
