Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Dashboard Maintenance & Apps Script Oversight

  • Apps Script Dashboard Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operation of custom operational dashboards built or powered via Google Apps Script.

  • System Gap Identification: Proactively audit tools and processes to spot functional gaps, system glitches, or logic breaks, implementing swift solutions or escalations.

2. Call Cycle Specialization & Data Integrity

  • Call Cycle Expertise: Serve as the designated subject matter expert (specialist) responsible for end-to-end call cycle data setup, updates, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Data Hygiene & Maintenance: Oversee daily data maintenance routines, ensuring strict data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all operational tracking systems.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key operational liaison with internal and external stakeholders across Smollan to align data formats, expectations, and reporting timelines.

  • Store Data integrity and master data management

3. Data Analysis, AI Utilization & Presentation

  • Intermediate Data Analysis: Analyze operational metrics, call cycle performance, and system outputs to extract meaningful insights and trends.

  • AI-Assisted Workflow Optimization: Leverage advanced AI platforms (specifically Claude and Gemini) to streamline analysis, automate daily administrative tasks, draft documentation, and troubleshoot data logic.

  • Data Presentation: Synthesize data findings into clear, impactful, and concise presentations for stakeholders and management teams.

  • AI Proficiency: Advanced capability using Claude and Gemini for prompt engineering, workflow efficiency, data synthesis, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Spreadsheet & Scripting Familiarity: Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable navigating and supporting Google Apps Script ecosystem workflows.

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to build concise data presentations and explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • SQL / Coding (Bonus): Specialized SQL skills or programming experience (Python, JavaScript/Apps Script) is considered a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within or alongside Smollan operational frameworks, field marketing, or retail operations ecosystems.

  • Proven track record in an administrator, data custodian, or operational intelligence support role.
