Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning assigned production and non-production areas, including floors, walls, work surfaces, facilities and machinery.
• Using the correct colour-coded cleaning equipment for each area.
• Checking and replenishing soap, sanitiser, toilet paper and other consumables.
• Completing cleaning checklists accurately.
• Handling, diluting and storing cleaning chemicals safely.
• Disposing of waste and dirt according to operating procedures.
• Reporting hazards, risks or damaged equipment.
• Supporting deep-cleaning activities during shutdowns and maintenance.

Job Requirements

What You'll Need

• Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals correctly.
• Reliable, flexible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting supplies when required.
• Not allergic to dust or cleaning chemicals.
• Willing to assist with additional duties and work outside normal hours when operationally required.
