Job Description

Serve as a high-impact field specialist dedicated to tactical retail deployments, new store launches, rapid-turnaround brand activations, and promotional blitz operations across key accounts. This role delivers critical client KPIs—accelerating product sell-out, securing dominant retail share of space, and maintaining brand asset integrity—through creative in-store execution, hands-on visual builds, and strong negotiation with store managers and franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

1. Blitz Operations, Launches & Creative Store Setup

  • Lead and support rapid-deployment blitz activities, including new store openings (NSOs), major resets, product launches, and seasonal retail surges.

  • Execute end-to-end creative display installations, promotional endcaps, and custom focal zones in strict alignment with Samsung visual guidelines.

  • Build, merchandise, and optimize pop-up stands, event arenas, and feature brand spaces under tight project timelines.

  • Negotiate high-impact POP/POS placement and prime floor positioning with store managers during setup visits to maximize footfall exposure.

2. Sell-Out Acceleration & Floor Enablement

  • Execute scheduled blitz call cycles with high energy and speed of execution.

  • Conduct rapid, high-impact product briefing sessions with retail floor consultants, demystifying promo mechanics, features, and target talk-tracks.

  • Onboard store sales consultants to the MCS platform and drive active, daily sales log uploads.

  • Capture real-time sell-out, compliance, and asset verification data accurately via Handheld Terminals (HHT).

  • Audit shelf pricing against national promotional mandates, resolving discrepancies immediately with store management.

3. Stock Agility & Shelf Health

  • Conduct rapid stock audits to evaluate shelf presence, stock-to-display ratios, and backroom inventory levels.

  • Merchandise fast-moving items, identify slow movers, and collaborate with store managers to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) risks.

  • Secure and set up cross-merchandising adjacencies to capture incremental shopper baskets.

  • Inspect display units and live demo devices; escalate damaged goods collections and track reverse logistics promptly.

  • Keep all brand spaces, fixtures, and product bays pristine, functional, and fully branded.

4. Competitive Intelligence & Field Administration

  • Complete end-of-visit administrative requirements and HHT logging with zero compliance lag.

  • Submit timely blitz completion reports, promotional feedback logs, and visual proof of execution (before/after merchandising photos).

  • Capture on-the-ground competitor intelligence, noting competitor promotional pushes, pricing maneuvers, and emerging retail displays.

  • Track and audit retail assets (fixtures, security devices, dummy phones, demo tables) in compliance with client asset-management policies.

5. Relationship Building & Account Escalations

  • Build immediate rapport and credible working relationships with store owners, floor supervisors, and floor staff.

  • Act as the frontline escalation point for store-specific issues, warranty inquiries, or display defects.

  • Deliver an exceptional brand standard that reflects service excellence and premium market positioning.

Key Competencies

Tactical Execution & Sales

  • Sales & Target Driven: Focused on instant sell-out spikes and retail conversion during blitz windows.

  • Visual Merchandising & Build Skills: Hands-on capability in display building, planar alignment, and fixture installation.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Confident in securing prime floor space and display commitments from store management.

  • Root-Cause Problem Solving: Resolves pricing gaps, stock discrepancies, and fixture challenges on the spot.

Operational Agility & Interpersonal

  • High Agility & Speed: Adapts quickly to changing schedules, store layouts, and reactive deployments.

  • Resilience Under Pressure: Maintains composure, high stamina, and quality output in fast-moving retail environments.

  • Team Collaboration: Seamlessly integrates with cross-functional launch teams, agencies, and retail floor staff.
