Hinterland is looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure effective inventory, employee and financial management. If you have strong leadership skills, experience in retail or the agricultural business sector, and a passion for customer service, this is an opportunity to take ownership of branch performance and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements

• Management experience is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and budgeting.
• Strong sales, people management and customer relationship skills.
• Good planning, organising, time management and conflict management skills.
