Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure that high-quality print output is done with precision and consistency. 

Key Performance Areas

• Effectively operate doming and heat press machines.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the machines.
• Troubleshoot printing issues.
• Maintain all equipment within strict training and follow standard operational procedures.
• Regularly check, improve and maintain set quality standards.
• Maintain production rates according to defined targets and deadlines.?
• Assist in other positions and/or departments in accordance with operational requirements.?
• Adhere to strict safety precautions.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards

Job Requirements

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar position and/or environment.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Vast knowledge of digital printing.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Good work ethic.
• Must be prepared to work overtime / weekends / shifts in accordance with operational requirements.
