Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Retail Specialist to join our team and make a direct impact on our brand’s growth and operational success. In this role, you will lead customer engagement, drive revenue, and execute retail strategies with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with shoppers and key retail stakeholders to elevate brand loyalty and overall satisfaction.

  • Expense & Financial Control: Oversee operational costs and strictly manage expenses to optimize overall profitability.

  • Promotional Execution: Execute, monitor, and maximize the impact of promotional activities to drive traffic and boost engagement.

  • Sales Growth: Actively drive sales initiatives to consistently meet and exceed target revenue objectives.

  • Call & Operational Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to scheduled store visits, coverage plans, and compliance reporting standards.

  • POS/POP Achievement: Optimize Point of Sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) displays to maximize product visibility and achieve merchandising goals.

Job Requirements

2-3 years’ FMCG experience||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
Diploma/NQF level 5
Drivers’ license
