The role focuses on stock handling, picking and warehouse support activities.
Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Stock Handling Superstar: Load and offload inbound and outbound stock, check for damages and ensure stock is handled safely and correctly.
  • Picking Pro: Assist with picking stock accurately and efficiently according to procedures.
  • Stacking Specialist: Stack products on pallets in line with approved stacking procedures and warehouse standards.
  • Quality Checker: Ensure damaged stock is not picked and report any issues identified during the picking process.
  • Returns Handler: Assist with packing returned stock and keeping inventory organised.
  • Safety First Champion: Follow safe working procedures and contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Team Supporter: Assist with general warehouse duties and support operational requirements as needed.
Job Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of stock handling and safe working practices will be advantageous.
  • Reliable, energetic, presentable and a team player.
  • Basic product knowledge and an understanding of warehouse layouts and stacking procedures will be beneficial.

Special Requirements:

  • Must be physically fit and able to safely lift and handle heavy bags weighing up to 40kg.
  • Willing to assist with additional duties in line with operational requirements.
  • Flexible to take on extra tasks as operational needs arise—even outside normal hours.
