Job Description

AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed graduates to participate in an exciting Alternative Channels Graduate Programme. The successful candidate will join the Alternative Channels and Group Scheme Department and provide support in customer retention activities, client administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operational processes, and the coordination of external business partners. The programme offers valuable practical exposure to alternative distribution channels, customer relationship management, business operations, sales support, and performance monitoring within a professional and dynamic environment.

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good customer service and relationship management skills.

· Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and strong administrative skills

· Must be unemployed and available for the duration of the internship programme.

· No previous full-time work experience required (graduates seeking workplace experience are encouraged to apply)

 

Job Requirements

A relevant National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:

o Business Management

o Marketing

o Sales and Marketing

o Commerce

o Business Administration

o Customer Relationship Management

o Insurance

o Financial Services

o Communications

o Or another related qualification
