Job Description

AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed graduates to participate in an exciting Employee Assistance and Wellness Programme Learnership. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about employee wellbeing, mental health promotion, and organisational wellness.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Basic understanding of counselling, mental health, trauma support, and employee wellness.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioural science field
• Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) principles and practices
• South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
