Job Description

Makers Landing has identified the need to provide practical experience for HospitalityIntern/s, offering workplace experiential training as well as valuable networking opportunities with Industry leaders.

As a Hospitality Intern, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities at Makers Landing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Storage and Equipment: Oversee all wet and dry storage areas, commercial kitchen equipment, events, demo kitchen equipment, and general hygiene at Makers Landing.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day projects and checklist as per schedule.
3. Administrative Tasks: Attend meetings, maintain stock and equipment records, and report on activities at Makers Landing.
4. Inventory Management: Assist with planning and maintaining inventory to ensure controls and minimize waste.
5. Facilitating Communication: Facilitate cross-channel feedback from tenants and customers.
6. Compliance: Ensure all activities conform to set SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Job Requirements

1. Ability to learn on the job
