Are you a passionate, results-driven trainer with a knack for mobile technology and retail enablement? We are looking for an energetic IM Field Trainer to drive product mastery, empower sales teams, and directly impact market performance. In this dynamic role, you will deliver hands-on product training—focusing on both flagship mobile devices and strategic growth models—across key retail channels, hubs, call centers, and service provider premises.
Key Responsibilities1. Dynamic Facilitation & Knowledge Delivery
Interactive Training: Deliver practical, modular training sessions on current flagship devices as well as focused sessions for strategic handsets requiring boosted sales velocity.
Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and mark tests to gauge knowledge retention and training impact.
Open & Regional Sessions: Plan and execute open training sessions across regional service provider premises and retail hubs.
Continuous Learning: Attend network data, GTM (Go-To-Market) conference calls, and product consultant meetings to maintain up-to-the-minute product and market knowledge.
2. Strategic Planning & Logistics
Training Needs Analysis: Assess client and user capability levels to design targeted training plans that address skill gaps, regional demands, and delivery resources.
Logistics Management: Oversee all training logistics, including equipment setup, venue booking, and resource allocation.
Proactive Scheduling: Maintain updated 30-day forward-looking calendars—covering Mall, Call Center, Channel, Floor Salesperson, and Consumer training—and share them with Hub Managers and OSMs.
Coordination: Align training diaries with regional Training Specialists and consolidate all events on the central office calendar.
3. Effective Implementation & Delivery
Targeted Rollouts: Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops for Field Managers and deliver end-user training (targeted refresher courses or full rollouts for new product launches).
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly minimum training delivery metrics across relevant hubs and floor sales personnel (FSPs).
Quality Assurance: Oversee and monitor end-to-end training execution to ensure high standards across all channels.
4. Evaluation, Measurement & Reporting
In-Field Assessments: Conduct practical, on-the-ground assessments of floor staff to evaluate real-world application.
Impact Analysis: Correlate training attendance and test results against regional rate-of-sale data to measure sales enablement ROI.
Reporting & Expenditure: Consolidate weekly training figures, track promotional approvals, and maintain accurate records of actual expenditure by account and channel.
5. Professional & Personal Excellence
Self-Management: Prioritize workload efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards while managing competing demands.
Agility & Resilience: Adapt smoothly to organizational changes and maintain high performance under tight timelines.
Process Alignment: Consistently follow internal compliance guidelines and procedures.

Relationship Building & Teamwork: Skilled at collaborating with regional managers, floor sales teams, and external stakeholders.
Agility & Resilience: Flexible mindset capable of navigating fast-paced retail and tech environments.
Results-Driven: Dedicated to continuous growth, quality execution, and service excellence.
Education: Diploma or NQF Level 5 qualification in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, sales enablement, or training delivery (open to candidates with 0–5 years of relevant experience).
Key Skills & Competencies
