Job Description

To coordinate and manage all the capital purchases and installments for the stores. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all air-conditioning is installed to PEP Standards                                                                                              

  • Ensure all flooring is installed to PEP Standards

  • Ensure all signage is installed to PEP Standards

  • Ensure all  generators are installed to PEP Standards

  • Ensure all  electrical is installed to PEP Standards

  • Shopfitting inspection (Pre-Installation)

  • Shopfitting inspection (Installation)

  • Shopfitting inspection (Post Installation)

  • Shopfitting Inspection (Post desnag visit)

  • Store Installation Rollouts

  • General administration

Job Requirements

  • Gr12 with Mathematics

  • 3-5 years experience in Project Management

  • 5 years relevant experience in retail

  • Construction/Property knowledge

  • Experience in Project Management 

  • OHASA knowledge will be an advantage

  • Planning experience will be an advantage

  • Competencies: Problem assessment, Decision making, resourcefulness, planning, Service Orientation, Relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills, decisiveness
