Ecowize is looking for a suitably qualified Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure every order is handled safely, accurately, efficiently and on time. This role is based at our Kempton Park branch.

The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the operational link between the warehouse team, Customer Care and Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and the Warehouse Manager, who will keep goods flowing smoothly while identifying and escalating risks, shortages and discrepancies before they affect customers or the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure all incoming stock is received on time, correctly recorded and fully documented.
- Align physical and system stock, investigate discrepancies and prevent losses.
- Confirm that every order leaves with the correct product, quantity and documentation.
- Ensure safe, legal and documented storage and handling of chemicals and hazardous products.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and safety.
- Manage returnable pallets and ensure warehouse equipment is serviceable and used safely.
- Allocate work, manage attendance, coach employees and reinforce accountability.
- Support order fulfilment, deliver accurate reporting and identify efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric
- Certificate or diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience using a scanner and scanning system.
- Exposure to supervising warehouse employees or general workers.
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

- High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.
