The Plant Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records. The role ensures that all staff clock-in and clock-out transactions are correct, targets are met, and any discrepancies are addressed promptly. The position also includes administering leave processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Description

-Monitor daily employee clocking and attendance records
- Ensure all time and attendance data is accurate and up to date
- Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete clocking’s and follow up with relevant employees or supervisors
- Ensure employees meet required working hours or targets and obtain sign off’s where required
- Investigate and report any attendance deviations or performance gaps
- Load and update leave applications on the Time and Attendance system
- Balance attendance records by allocating appropriate leave where required
- Maintain accurate records of all leave transactions
- Generate daily and monthly attendance reports
- Support payroll by providing accurate time and attendance data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations

Job Requirements

 

- Experience in administration, HR support, or time and attendance systems
- Experience working with Time and Attendance software
- Basic understanding of labour laws and leave policies
- Advance understanding of Q-Link – Peopleware Time and Attendance system
