Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To support the efficient and safe execution of production and warehouse operations by collecting, loading, offloading, packing, finishing, and quality-checking products in accordance with established standards. The role contributes to achieving operational targets through accurate and timely handling of materials and display items, while maintaining safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Areas

  • Collect orders and stock from warehouse/ receiving.
  • Load and offload cantilevers and stillages.
  • Check quality of products to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Packing and finishing Display items.
  • Assist Print and Zund operators to load and offload rolls.
  • Assist in Loading Monti Press and Transferring.
  • Report deviation from standards to supervisor or team leader
  • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of targets in line with quality standards in a highly pressurized environment.
  • Adhere to Safety regulations and report any safety irregularities to management.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
Job Requirements

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Grade 12 or equivalent will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ similar experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work overtime / weekends in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Experience in Display environment will be advantageous.
