Job Description

Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young individuals who want to kickstart a career in the agricultural industry. As a Grainlink learner, you’ll gain hands-on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader.

What to Expect:

• A 12-month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos.
• On-the-job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration.
• Exposure to different grain commodities (maize, sunflower, soya, etc.).
• Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills (computer literacy, communication, etc.).

Job Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Valid drivers license.
• Ages between 18 and 25 years.
• Interest in agriculture or technical fields.
• Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations.
