Job Description

 

 

  • To apply pest control processes through checking for breeding areas, spraying as well as to attend to all consumers complaints in order to ensure a healthy and safe environment;
  • Carry out pest control spraying by identification of vectors, their habitats and breeding places and instituting remedial and preventative measures;
  • Carrying out routine surveillance actions and surveys to determine the prevalence of vectors;
  • Applications/instituting of eradication/ control measures such as spraying of premises, baiting, fumigation, application of pesticides and placing of traps at properties/ premises;
  • Appling the correct concentration of chemicals for application;
  • Monitoring the areas on regular basis;
  • Reports all inspections and giving feedback to superior accordingly;
Job Requirements

 

  • ABET
  • Preferred Grade 10
  • 1 year relevant experience
