Job Description

Accountable for Technical Accounting (IFRS), Financial Information, and financial governance. Ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, effective planning, and high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business performance.

Job Requirements
  • Accountable for IFRS technical accounting, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Establish and maintain finance policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee expenditure, capital investment governance, and financial performance.
  • Lead audit, compliance, and financial risk management activities.
  • Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to leadership.
  • Lead, develop, and optimise finance talent, systems, and processes.

Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

  • 10+ years' experience in financial leadership and technical accounting.
  • Manufacturing experience with a proven track record of leading teams

Technical Skills:

  • Expert IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency.
