Job Description

• Optimize inventory by identifying early trends in high and low demand periods and responding promptly;
• Regularly analyse historical passenger behaviour, the competitive environment, seasonal trends and other factors influencing sales;
• Report and provide feedback to management;
• Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives;
• Regularly scrutinize airline market capacity and evaluate its applicability;
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and identify potential revenue opportunities, particularly regarding competitor behaviour; 
• Assist with group fare decision making and quoting administration;
• Assist with decision-making and provide administrative support for flight schedule loading;
• Basic understanding of economics and finance.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• B. Com degree or equivalent OR 10 years relevant experience (Essential);
• Aviation experience (Advantageous);
• No criminal or bad credit record;
• Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Analytical ability of assembling information and drawing logical conclusions;
• Comprehensive computer literacy;
• Immaculate time keeping.
