Job Description

• Design and develop enterprise architecture solutions for ITSM, ITAM, and system integrations.
• Define solution architectures that align with business, security, and technology requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of ITSM and ITAM platforms and related integrations.
• Develop integration strategies between enterprise applications, third-party systems, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Produce solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, and design artefacts.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, infrastructure, and implementation teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support solution testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8+ years in solution architecture, including ITSM, ITAM and enterprise integrations

Degree in IT, Computer Science or related

Demonstrated experience designing CMDB and integration architectures in complex environments
