Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking skilled Sales Agents with a background in long-term insurance to drive a new campaign. If you are a target-driven professional who excels at understanding customer needs and providing honest, helpful solutions, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll not only sell products but also ensure every customer interaction is meaningful. You will meet and exceed sales targets, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain full compliance with all legislative requirements (FAIS, TCF) while consistently providing an outstanding customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Selling products/services

  • Updating Data basis,

  • Conducting market research

  • Providing detailed Product/service information

  • Reaching sales target

  • Adhering to standards and guidelines

  • Prospecting

Customer Handling:

  • Deal with all queries relating to product information.

  • Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products

Job Requirements

Education, Experience & Training

  • Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric 

    • Clear ITC,Clear Criminal Record

    • NQF 5 FAIS 120 credits (preferred)

    • 1-3 years sales, call centre & long-term insurance experience
