Job Description

Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support the team by collecting, analysing, auditing, and reporting on customer and business data to generate meaningful insights. 

Key Responsibility Areas / duties

- Supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of customer insights
- Collect and organise customer and business data.
- Assist with analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Support customer research activities, including surveys and feedback analysis.
- Conduct data and process audits to ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key customer and business performance measures.
- Help identify customer needs, concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with customer experience projects.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and simple manner.

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Research Psychology/Sociology/Social Sciences
- Basic level competency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written English communication
