Job Description

Falcon is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure machinery, equipment, and production facilities operate efficiently with minimal downtime. The role is responsible for preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, maintaining safety standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in line with company procedures and quality standards. Applicants must have a National Senior Certificate and at least 5 years' experience in a production environment.

Job Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a production environment
  • Engineering and technical maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Computer literacy and report-writing skills
