Samancor WCM has an opportunity of HR Learnership Miner, in Northwest Province. The successful candidate will be offered an opportunity to learn in the mining environment for the duration of the Learnership programme. The learner will be exposed to different areas relevant to the discipline as part of their learning programme.
Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The successful candidate will be offered an opportunity to learn in the mining environment for the duration of the Learnership programme. The learner will be exposed to different areas relevant to the discipline as part of their learning programme.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Comply with SHEQ requirements.

  • Comply with related functions as per the learning programme.

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 10 or equivalent or AET Level 4 or FLC
  • English and Maths subjects (Minimum 40%)
  • Communication, Numeracy and Literacy skills required.
  • The applicant must be in a position to obtain a valid Medical Fitness certificate.
