The Product Development Intern will support the end-to-end lifecycle of private label consumer goods which encompasses ranges from personal care to edibles, from baby to cleaning products in FMCG within Pep. This role offers a 360-degree view of how products are conceptualized, formulated, packaged, and launched within the FMCG sector. You will assist the NPD Manager where required in bridging the gap between market trends and tangible products on the shelf.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Be in possession of a Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business Management, Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
South African citizen
Ages 18 - 32
Computer Literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
Be able to work independently
Have a willingness to learn
Self motivated
