Job Description

Senwes is looking for a Technical Lead to lead and guide a software development team in delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with business priorities, while ensuring strong engineering standards, effective delivery execution, and continuous team growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the software development team.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, enhancements, and support initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into delivery plans.
  • Contribute to the business-area technology roadmap.
  • Align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Lead solution design across applications, data, integration, and processes.
  • Hands-on Software Development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and operational improvement.
Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience). Relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, Microsoft, architecture, Agile, or integration technologies will be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years’ relevant software development experience is required, including exposure to technical leadership responsibilities.

Skills: Software development and system design. Technical leadership and team management. Solution architecture and integration design. Code review and software quality assurance. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
