Job Description

Senwes is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions through structured testing activities and defect identification. This role will work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers in an Agile environment to ensure that applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute software testing activities (manual & introductory automation).
  • Defect identification, tracking, and verification.
  • Test documentation and reporting.
  • Agile team collaboration and participation.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Continuous quality improvement and QA process support.
Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field (Degree advantageous), with exposure to software testing principles, manual testing, and structured development environments. Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies required; QA certifications such as ISTQB are beneficial. At least 1 years’ experience and practical QA exposure preferred.

Skills: Attention to detail and quality orientation. Analytical and critical thinking. Problem-solving ability. Basic software testing methodologies. Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles. Introductory understanding of test automation concepts.
