Job Description
Do you have experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, working primarily in Financial Services. We have an exciting opportunity for you. We are hiring a People Specialist: Learning & Development in Smollan Financial Services.
Job Requirements
What will be your core responsibilities:
- Lead, support, plan, deliver, and evaluate L&D projects
- Manage all training needs related to e.g. FAIS, TCF, and other regulatory requirements
- Assist in the management and coordination of training courses.
- Partnering with business and SMEs for needs analysis
- Support with managing of annual training budget
- Conduct L&D audits
- Ensure data integrity of all reports.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/NQF level 5
- 4-5 years’ experience in the Learning and Development environment.
- 2-3 years experience in Financial Services
- Experience facilitating training on sales products
- CFP qualification NQF 6 financial planning or related will be preferable
- Strong knowledge of the L&D value chain
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
