We are seeking a proactive and diligent Administrator on a fixed term basis to support a fast-paced inhouse Legal & Compliance team.
Job Description
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Provide administrative assistance to the Legal & Compliance team in terms of the service provider background screening process. This will include managing the dedicated mailbox, verification of screening and capturing information into spreadsheets and systems;
- Act as a central point of contact and co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc assistance to the Legal & Compliance team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Matric qualification
- At least 2-3 years of general administrative work experience
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint features
