Responsible for administering and reconciling the receipt and dispatch of stock and manage debtors. Assist to administer and keep Minibem system up to date

Job Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration 

 

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

  • 5 years' working experience in an administrative environment
  • Knowledge of Grain and Minibem system will be advantageous

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

  • Silo certificates
  • System Minibem and eAccounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Manage debtors
  • Customer services
  • Stock transfers
  • Management information
  • Returns and survey

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

  • Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office) - Excel
  • Experience working with ERP System
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
  • Understanding of process flows within an organisation
  • Financial Acumen
  • Good verbal communication and numerical skills
